Firstly I would like to say a big personal thank you to you and the team at My First Server and IT Teacher. You have been an integral part of our team here at Action since we took the decision to take you on as our virtual IT Support Department nearly two years ago. And it is because we have received nothing but the highest standards of service and support from you that I am happy to provide you with this testimonial.

Having met you when we were just starting out, and being totally IT un-savvy, we wouldn't have known where to begin when it came time to start building our network. It has been invaluable to have your expertise and advice on the most cost effective, expandable, efficient way to grow our computer systems.

As well as the peace of mind of having you on a monthly contract, I have been most appreciative of the proactive way that you have managed our IT infrastructure. An example of which would be that as we have grown larger, your coming to me and suggesting that it would be worth while us having remote offsite backups, and coming back to us with possible suppliers. This suggestion now means that we have a very robust and time efficient solution to our once haphazard backup policies.

I also appreciate the fact that we have not been the easiest of clients to manage. The site of our first office forcing you to deal with both satellite internet connection, as well as a wireless network. Your team has never been anything other than positive and has always come to any of our growth issues with a “can-do” attitude.

Finally I have never been anything other than pleased with the response we have from you and your team, both in terms of response times and in solution effectiveness.

As a freelance PR consultant, my time needs to be spent servicing my clients and earning fees. I have neither the expertise nor the inclination to become involved in the maintenance of my computer system, nor spend hours experimenting with it when things go wrong.
